Hey guys!! This a completely different story... But since I'm lebanese I want a favor from you!

IDK if you know this, but new7wonders is having a competition to determine the new 7 wonders of the world! And between the final 28 contestants we have Jeita grotto an amazing grotto carved in the mountains of Lebanon... My wish is if you would go to www.new7wonders.com and vote for Jeita grotto and maybe make other people you know to vote too!

I remeber some years ago there was something similar called the new 7 wonders of the world which was quite dissapointing, i mean, i agree with being Petra or Chichén Itza considered one of the most spectacular human-made structures in the world...but;Christ the redeemer (Brazil)...with less than a century history, without being expectacullary well-made (like the alhambra f.e)...dissapointing. I expect this new votation to be different though.

Those are the nature wonders not man made! I will be delighted if you voted... You can go to the site and see the Grotto... It's amazing!

As for the final results Jeita placed 14 between the final 28! Thanks for everyone who voted for it!

And yes some of the new wonders are a bit disappointing too... This is clearly due to the population difference between the countries! Congratulations for the new 7 wonders of nature.

If the seven wonders are really that wonderful, we shouldn't need to vote on it.

That was a competition they started with over 440 sites worldwide and then down to 28 finalists chosen by votes and experts... Then the real competition begun, they let the public choose the 7 most wonderful sites out of the 28 finalists. Grand canyon actually was also one of the 28 finalists...
