    Ability: Dust Coat
    In a sandstorm, Defense gets a 1.5 boost.
    In the Rain, Defense Gets a 1.5 Deacrease.
    Pokemon with this ability: Pyramite, Possibly others.
    I made this a while ago but forgot to make a thread for it.

    I think 1.5 would work to complement the 1.5x boost to Sp. Defense that rock-types get in a sandstorm.

    Sand Defense is too obvious. How about Sand Guard?

    Sand force, Sand rush, Sand veil, sandstream... Sand named abilities are too common what about Dust cover or dust guard?

    Sounds good and cool name!

    I first thought of saying that it should be hail to decrease the defence since ground has a weakness on ice, then I remembered that ground has a water weakness and rock has water weakness and steel takes neutral damage. So rain is perfect!
