    Wind blow
    Power: 40
    Type Flying/physical
    accuracy 100%
    10 PP.
In game text: The pokemon collects wind under it's wigs then release them forcefully. It has a 10% chance of confusing the target.
    Learned by winghit and windfist.
If the user is a Fighting/flying pokemon the STAB becomes 2x rather than 1.5x.
Can be changed if better ideas comes up!

this move has a 10% of confusing the target. This move doubles in power if it was used by a fighting type pokemon.
    Learned by winghit and windfist.
So STAB from flying + double in power for fighting type use + the boost from technician
will end up with a very powerful move...
A 120 power move with no drawbacks sounds broken. Maybe it fail if used too often. You can't blow/flap forever can you? Razz or it could cause a double stat drop, or have bad accuracy.
-You forgot the in game text & PP.

actually the power of this move is only 40. The other additions are situational exp: if a pokemon doesn't have the technician ability or is not a fighting type it will not be as powerful. You can say that it's like hex having a big boost if the opponent has a status.

Plus winghit and windfist are designed to be a very good fighting type destroyers so thats about it.

    this move has 10PP.

In game text: The pokemon collects air under it's wings, then release them forcefully. It has 10% of confusing the opponent.

It doesn't get the technician boost because it's base 80 power when it's used by a fighting type.

well, I'm not very sure about the fighting type effect on the move...
I thought first making it fighting type but that doesn't score super effective hit on other fighting types.
So steel wing crossed my mind and how it's a steel type move that can be also flying type cz the only pokemon to have a STAB on that move is Skarmory (only steel type to have wings).
Same thing happens here so I thought boosting it in both types... So any ideas?
Maybe making it's STAB 2x instead of 1.5x if the user is a fighting/flying type so it can get the technician boost... I dont know I'm open to ideas! Question
